Installer - Christmas Lighting

• Brite Star Lighting is hiring Christmas Light Installers for the holiday season. Installers will work as part of a crew to install and remove decorative lighting and holiday displays at residential and commercial properties throughout the Ventura area.
• This is a hands-on outdoor position for candidates who are comfortable working at heights, using ladders and lifts, and performing physical work for extended periods.

• Install Christmas lights and holiday decorations on homes and commercial properties.
• Install lighting on roofs, trees, buildings, and landscaping.
• Use ladders, lifts, hand tools, and installation equipment safely.
• Follow project plans and installation instructions.
• Follow all company safety procedures while working at heights.
• Work with the installation crew to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed.
• Remove, organize, and store holiday lighting and decorations after the season.

• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Comfortable using ladders and lifts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience with Christmas light installation, construction, landscaping, electrical work, or similar outdoor work is a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and extended hours during the holiday season.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, climb, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
   

• Full-time seasonal position during the holiday installation season.
• $18-$25 per hour, based on experience.
• Overtime may be available during peak periods.
