Brite Star Lighting is hiring a Christmas Light Installation Crew Leader to lead installation teams throughout the holiday season. This position combines hands-on outdoor work with crew supervision, project coordination, customer service, and quality control.
The ideal candidate has previous experience leading a team and is comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and on residential and commercial properties.

Brite Star Lighting is hiring a Christmas Light Installation Crew Leader to lead installation teams throughout the holiday season. This position combines hands-on outdoor work with crew supervision, project coordination, customer service, and quality control.
The ideal candidate has previous experience leading a team and is comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and on residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of Christmas light installers.
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate installation activities.
- Oversee safe and efficient installation of holiday lighting and decorations.
- Work alongside the crew and assist with installations when needed.
- Ensure installations are completed according to project plans and quality standards.
- Train new installers on equipment, installation methods, and safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with customers during installation projects.
- Resolve installation issues and communicate project updates to management.
- Inspect completed work for quality, appearance, and safety.
- Maintain and account for tools, equipment, and installation materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous team lead, crew lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with outdoor work, construction, landscaping, electrical work, or light installation is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and extended hours during the holiday season.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, climb, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Schedule and Pay:
- Full-time seasonal position during the holiday installation season.
- $20-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Overtime may be available during peak periods.
